Part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Valley City

What You’ll Do

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll play a vital role in helping children and young adults reach their personal goals. Every day, you’ll make a real difference by:

  • Providing in-home support services tailored to each individual’s needs.
  • Assisting with daily living skills like bathing, brushing teeth, and household chores.
  • Engaging in fun activities and community events—mentoring and meeting individuals where they are.
  • Supporting coping and communication skills to foster independence.
  • Building lifelong relationships with families while creating positive change.

What We’re Looking For

  • Age 16+ with a valid driver’s license.
  • Reliable transportation, clean driving record, and proof of insurance.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistency.
  • Experience with individuals with disabilities or behavioral challenges is a plus!
  • Comfortable working in homes with pets.
